Guoxing Optoelectronics "Power LED Package Structure" was shortlisted for Guangdong Patent Excellence Award

Approved by the provincial government, the 2013 Guangdong Patent Award, jointly assessed by the Provincial Intellectual Property Office and the Provincial Personnel Department, plans to announce the project recently. Guoxing Optoelectronics “Power LED Package Structure” was shortlisted for the 2013 Guangdong Patent Excellence Award. In this announcement, Foshan has a total of 11 patents, including 6 patents in Chancheng District.

The invention of "Power Light Emitting Diode Package Structure" (ZL200710030850.6) provides a power LED package structure with good heat dissipation effect, high production efficiency, low cost and firm structure, which specifically includes: as shown in the figure, the heat sink 1, PCB circuit board 2, LED chip 3, inner lead 4, encapsulant 5, printed on the circuit board with metal electrodes (7, 8), the LED chip is placed on the heat sink, and the encapsulant covers the inner lead and the LED chip. The inner leads are connected to the light-emitting tube chip electrodes and the circuit board metal electrodes.

At the same time, Guoxing Optoelectronics applied for the invention patent as the core patent, applied for nearly 40 domestic and foreign patents, and has obtained 24 peripheral patents (including 5 invention patents, 9 utility models, 10 design designs). The development of point source single device product technology extends to the development of surface light source multi-device combination system technology, enabling Guoxing Optoelectronics to form a complete product series based on the power LED package structure, which satisfies the light source requirements of various applications.
