Recently, the Fair Trade Bureau of the Market and Quality Supervision Bureau of Changjiang District, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province temporarily detained a number of LED floodlights suspected of infringement.
It is understood that the bureau received a report from the staff appointed by Royal Philips Co., Ltd., saying that a lighting store in the second phase of Haode Market in the city did not sell the LED with the registered trademark of “PHILIPS†without the authorization of Royal Philips Co., Ltd. floodlight. Law enforcement officers immediately went to the scene to investigate and found 116 sets of LED floodlights with the “PHILIPS†logo in the reported lighting store. According to the identification of technicians, the 116 sets of LED floodlights are counterfeit products, infringing the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of “PHILIPSâ€.
It is reported that law enforcement officers are temporarily detained for allegedly infringing products in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law. Currently, the case is still under investigation.
