B package:

C package:
2 sets of bubble machine / 2 sets of smoke screens / 1 set of color changer consoles, etc.
D package:

3. Bidder qualification:
(1) The registered capital is not less than RMB 300,000 (including RMB 300,000);
(2) The bidder must be a product manufacturer or agent dealer with the corporate legal person qualification;
(3) The performance certificate of the similar project of the bidder in the past three years (a copy of the contract must be provided, and the photocopy must be stamped with official seal).
Note: Bidders with affiliation or agency relationship cannot participate in the review at the same time. If this happens, the first bidder will be accepted to participate in the review.
4. The bidder shall provide the following materials when purchasing the bidding documents (the photocopy must be stamped with official seal):
Enterprise legal person business license, tax registration certificate, performance certificate of similar projects in the past three years (a copy of the contract must be provided);
The procurement is subject to pre-qualification and qualification examination (only for the purchase of bidding documents) before the bidding documents can be purchased.

6. Price of bidding documents: RMB 300 per set, not refundable after sale. For a mail order, please pay an additional 50 RMB express delivery fee.
7. Deadline and place for delivery of tenders: Bid delivery at the bid opening location before the deadline for submission of bids on the day of bid opening (13:30 Beijing time on February 28, 2007).
