Amorphous alloy material is a new type of magnetic material that came out in the 1970s. It is an alloy of iron and boron. The molten alloy liquid is sprayed onto a high-speed rotating cryogenic roller at a rapid rate of 106°C/s. Cooling causes the alloy to be less than crystalline to form an amorphous alloy material. The amorphous alloy material has a very small magnetization energy, so its hysteresis loss is very low. Due to the high resistivity of the amorphous alloy strip, the single piece thickness Only 0.02mm, so its eddy current loss is also very small.
Amorphous alloy transformer is an energy-saving and low-loss power transformer with excellent performance. It uses amorphous alloy material instead of silicon steel sheet to make iron core. It features low no-load loss and small no-load current. Amorphous alloy transformer compared with the traditional silicon steel core transformer ("9" type), no-load loss can be reduced by 70% to 80%, no-load current drop of about 30%. This will not only effectively ease power shortages, but also save limited resources. Therefore, amorphous alloy transformers have gained more and more attention in our country.

l Iron core: Iron chip adopts imported amorphous alloy silicon steel sheet. The iron core adopts three-pillar or five-post multi-step joints. The clamping method adopts self-weight and silicon plate fixed in the grooved clamps, not only Amorphous iron core is fixed, and effectively reduce noise;
l Coil: Paper-coated flat copper wire or copper foil made of high-quality oxygen-free copper is used for low-voltage wires, and paper-coated flat copper wire or enameled round copper wire made of high-quality oxygen-free copper is used for high-voltage wires. The coils are directly wound in a rectangular structure. And after vacuum impregnation treatment, greatly improve the mechanical strength of the coil;
l Fuel tank: The fuel tank adopts a fully-sealed barrel structure, and the heat-dissipation element is a corrugated plate radiator. The bottom of the box is welded with a base that conforms to the national standard gauge, which is convenient for the user to install;
l Safety protection device: In accordance with national standards and user requirements, the transformer can be configured with pressure release valves, gas relays, signal thermometers, oil sample valves and other safety protection devices.
