Aoyang Shunchang announced on February 22 that the company plans to invest in LED projects with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The company's main business will be transformed into a dual-main business model in which metal logistics and distribution business and LED business are in parallel.
According to the announcement, the registered capital of the project company is 250 million yuan, and 30 MOCVD epitaxial furnaces will be put into operation to develop and manufacture high-power blue and green LED epitaxial wafers and chips. Among the investment of 1 billion yuan required for the project, 500 million yuan should be invested in imported equipment, 100 million yuan for land and plant, 100 million yuan for domestic auxiliary equipment, and 250 million yuan for working capital.
Aoyang Shunchang expects that the current period is planned to be built for 2-3 months; the construction period is about 20 months, of which the construction of the land and plant is 12 months, and the equipment is installed and commissioned for 8 months.
