General introduction
      
    KW3M-12 Outdoor High Voltage Intelligent Permanent Magnetic Vacuum Circuit Breaker is a self-developed vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet operating mechanism. Mainly by the vacuum circuit breaker body and computer protection controller composed of two parts, through the air outlet and outdoor sealed control cables for electrical connections. With measurement, fault detection, protection control and communication functions. Mainly used as substation 10kV outlet switch and 10kV line, can reliably determine and detect zero and external sector current and phase short circuit fault current, to achieve automatic removal of single-phase ground fault and short circuit fault.
   The switch body is designed as a fast acting permanent magnet mechanism with few motion components, fast moving speed, reliable operation, good closing and closing characteristics, long service life and maintenance-free. The controller adopts the fast protection algorithm and cooperates with the circuit breaker body The whole set of fast break protection action time ≤ 25ms. This time is the time from the occurrence of the fault current to the time when the circuit breaker cuts off the fault current, which solves the problem that the 0 second quick-break protection of the outlet switch of the substation can not cooperate with the protection level difference of the branch line switch, effectively isolates the fault area, avoids the switch trip of the substation, Range, improve power supply reliability and continuity
