Fault phenomenon: AV2 picture flash, black screen.
Analysis and maintenance: After power on, AV1 input is normal. When AV2 signal is connected, the image starts normally but soon becomes distorted and unstable, eventually turning into a black screen. However, the audio remains clear throughout the process.
Diagnosis: Since AV1 input works fine, we can rule out issues related to signal processing or later-stage channel problems. The problem must lie either in the AV2 input itself or in the signal switching section. However, since the image initially displays correctly, it's unlikely that the switching circuit is faulty. Further observation shows that during distortion, the brightness increases significantly before the screen goes black. This suggests an impedance mismatch at the AV2 input terminal.
After inspection, we found that resistor R210, which is responsible for signal input matching, had an unstable resistance value—sometimes reaching infinity, sometimes only a few hundred ohms. Replacing this resistor resolved the issue. The root cause was likely due to frequent plugging and unplugging of the AV cables, which caused wear and instability over time.
