The production process data of the DCS acquisition site transmits the data to the operation station and the dynamic data server through the communication network. The dynamic data server is an analog signal or logic signal that collects the whole process of production, so its acquisition speed is massive. Usually, an enterprise often has several different brands of DCS and PLC. To integrate these signals into a dynamic data server, it is best to choose a general display platform. Display signals of different types of DCS and PLC on this platform. Recently, the factory DCS adopts the universal operation station, which uses the NT operating system. The monitoring software is FIX and INTOUCH. Different DCS models use different driver software. The signal transmission between various DCSs is connected by an OPC server, and a small amount of signals can also be sent to the server of the MIS system. FIX, INTOUCH and other software can store historical data, dozens of signals can be stored for 280 days. To store more historical data, you can use the OSI history database, which can be stored for more than three years. These general purpose monitoring software have an OSI interface. The operating stations of the older generation of DCS systems are dedicated to both the operating system and the monitoring software, and communication with other systems is very difficult. If you want to establish interconnection between systems, establish a dynamic data server through the computer interface unit, the monitoring software can still use the general, run on the NT platform, but its data can only go up, not down. In the process of designing the MIS system, it is best to use the dynamic data server. Do not send the DCS and PLC data directly to the Web, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the DCS and PLC. As for how many dynamic data servers need to be built, it is determined by the amount of data and data security that needs to be collected (generally, up to 10,000 points).
