According to the announcement, the project company Sichuan Xuelaite Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. plans to have a registered capital of 50 million yuan, and Xuelaite invested 49.5 million yuan, accounting for 99% of the capital contribution, all of which are solved by self-raised funds; Kunshan Mengshi Glass Products Co., Ltd. contributes 50 Ten thousand yuan, accounting for 1% of the capital contribution.
Xuelaite said that the company currently has a production base in Foshan, Guangdong, which cannot meet market demand and future development needs. In addition, the existing base labor costs and energy costs are high, and the profit margin for expanding reproduction is limited. In addition, from the perspective of industry development and the development of enterprises themselves, it is urgent for the company to further accelerate the expansion of production capacity and transfer to low-cost regional industries to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises. The project is located in Suining, Sichuan, mainly focusing on the local location advantages.
The company said that the company has not signed a formal agreement with Kunshan Mengshi Glass Products Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Suining Economic Development Zone Management Committee for the relevant matters of this investment. The company will sign a formal agreement as soon as possible.
