Zhaochi shares Jiangxi Nanchang LED Industrial Park opened in July

In the recent survey of institutional investors, Zhaochi said that it is expected that the company's Nanchang LED Industrial Park will start in July. This year's LED production capacity target is to add 200 lines. The first 100 new packaging lines are being purchased, and another 20 SMT lines (fixing the packaged light beads on the board) and 10 assembly lines. At present, packaging lines are being ordered, and it will be very convenient to expand production capacity in the future.

According to Zhaochi, the current LED business is growing faster in the backlight business. Domestic first-line brands are gradually using domestic backlights. The company has cooperation with major TV factories and new customers. However, recent production capacity has been limited.

A brokerage researcher familiar with Zhaochi said that the design capacity of the new industrial park is more than five times that of the existing capacity. It is expected to contribute revenue and performance in the second half of the year. With the gradual release of production capacity, the company's LED business will continue to grow rapidly.

Zhaochi shares announced on February 26 this year that the wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Zhaochi Energy Saving Lighting Co., Ltd. plans to invest 500 million yuan to set up Jiangxi Zhaochi Photoelectric Co., Ltd. Jiangxi Zhaochi intends to establish LED product R&D and production base, expand the company's LED backlight, lighting, packaging product capacity, reduce product costs, and further improve the company's industrial layout.
