The AX2002/2003 series is a non-synchronous DC buck converter with a pulse width modulated output. The feedback resistor is used to control the LED current. The feedback voltage is only 0.25V, which can greatly reduce the power of the feedback resistor. Its input voltage range can range from a minimum of 3.6 volts to a maximum of 23 volts. The output can be connected up to 7 LEDs in series. It is ideal for LCD TV/screen, flashlight, cup lamp & h el lip;
The AX2002/2003 application provides high conversion efficiency and stable operating voltage. It has complete system protection functions including flexible start (SS), short circuit protection (SCP), over temperature protection and over current protection (OCP). The frequency is fixed at 330KHz or 500Khz.
The AX2002/2003 uses a standard SOP-8L lead-free package with minimal external components to significantly reduce printed circuit board area. The heat dissipation feature allows thermal conduction to the printed circuit board, significantly reducing component surface temperatures to meet customer needs.
