The project specializes in R&D and production of single high-power LED, ultra-high illumination umbrella-shaped series of energy-saving lamps and other optoelectronic products and high-performance rare earth luminescent materials research and development, application, production and sales, which are divided into two phases. The scale of the first phase of construction is: annual production of 200 tons of rare earth phosphors for lamps, 50 million rare earth energy-saving lamps and 10 million lamps. This year's output value can exceed 100 million yuan. According to reports, the current global energy-saving lamp production capacity of 3 billion, China accounted for 80%. As the promotion of energy-saving lamps in China is further accelerated, the market capacity of energy-saving lamps will increase several times in the next few years, and the prospects are very broad.

According to the plan, in the next few years, the rare earth industry in Hunan Province will also develop NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet materials, rare earth metals and magnesium, aluminum alloy materials and other industries. In the industrialization base of Hunan Rare Earth Metal Materials Research Institute, which was formed at the Longping High-Tech Park 14 in Hunan Province, Hunan Province will plan to build the Hunan Rare Earth Materials Engineering Technology Research Center and the Hunan Provincial Engineering Center for Rare Earth Energy Materials, and strive to build China's largest rare earth new material. The R&D base and production center meet the needs of the national nuclear energy industry, the defense industry, the electronic information industry, and the automotive industry for new rare earth materials.
