Eaton's new LED visualization electronic differential pressure transmitter is safe and efficient

The Eaton VS5 Oil Filter Electronic Differential Pressure Transmitter continuously measures the pressure differential inside the filtration system to evaluate the filter condition. In response to the growing demand for industrial applications, the indicator specifically uses the M12 female connector as the signal interface. The M12 connector is available in an 8-pin configuration with 4-20 mA analog output signals, 2 PNP switching signals, power and grounding to ensure uninterrupted signal transmission, providing reliable information to the operator.

This lightweight connector also integrates LED lights. With a glance, the user can know the condition of the filter: the green light indicates connection and normal operation; the yellow light is an early warning signal indicating that the first limit value (75%) of the nominal pressure has been exceeded; red light Indicates that the nominal pressure (100%) has been exceeded and the blocked filter element must be replaced immediately. In addition, the VS5 indicator can be connected to the user's PLC control system, allowing the user to determine the clogging of the operating filter element in the control center.
