Perspective of the "power shortage" "electricity" of the important reasons: Grid and power do not match

In the first half of this year, Hongdou Group’s tax revenue remained strong at a 30% growth rate in the context of a downturn in the domestic textile and apparel industry.

Chen Tao, deputy director of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission's Transmission Supervision Department, said recently that due to the lack of power transmission channels, the northwest and northeastern grids had a surplus of more than 20 million kilowatts of electricity. The inadequate matching of power grid structure, power supply layout, and load distribution is an important cause of the coexistence of power and power shortages.

In 2011, the overall power supply in the country was tight, 21 provincial power grids had power shortages, and the nation’s largest power gap was about 13 million kilowatts. At the same time, in some regions, the power supply is serious. In addition to the regional power grids, some provincial power grids also have the phenomenon of shortage of electricity and electricity.

Chen Tao said that at present, China’s power grid construction is more focused on UHV power transmission grids, and the scale of investment in low and medium voltage grids is relatively low. In particular, many rural power supply facilities are experiencing full load and overload. During the “11th Five-Year Plan” period, the length and substation capacity of 220 kV and above transmission lines in the country increased by 75.7% and 136% compared to the same period of last year, but the line length and substation capacity of 110 kV and 35 kV grids only increased by 23.8% and 67.2. %.

It is understood that by the end of 2011, the length of the 220,000-volt and above transmission line circuit in China will be 480.33 million kilometers, and the capacity of the 220,000-volt and above publicly-transformed equipment will be 219.22 million kVA. The scale of the power grid will rank first in the world. The trans-provincial and inter-provincial power transmission capacity of the national power grid increased from 67.73 million kilowatt at the end of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period to 161.59 million kilowatts at the end of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, an increase of 139%, and the capacity for optimal allocation of trans-regional and inter-provincial power resources increased significantly. At the same time, China's renewable energy has developed rapidly, and its renewable energy capacity has accounted for more than one-fourth of its total, becoming the world's largest wind power country.

Chen Tao said that while China’s wind power is developing rapidly, it also faces problems such as severely hindered operation of the grid connection and insufficient capacity for delivery, which has led to an increase in the phenomenon of “disposal of wind” in some areas. In 2011, the average annual utilization hours of wind farms in China was 1,920 hours, which was 253 hours lower than 2,173 hours in 2010. The average utilization hours of wind farms in the “Three North” region was 1,907 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 266 hours. The amount of wind curtailment reached 12.3 billion kWh, and the rate of wind rejection was about 16%, of which the wind abandonment rate in Gansu and Mengdong regions exceeded 25%.

Chen Tao also stated that there is an imbalance in power and grid construction in China's power construction, and the imbalance in the construction of high-voltage power transmission grids and low-voltage distribution networks is a problem. In many areas, the distribution network has a weak foundation and there is power supply that cannot be delivered or falls. Not on the situation. The relative shortage of power supply capacity in urban and rural power grids has been highlighted. It is imperative to further increase grid investment and construction efforts.

When talking about how to increase power grid construction in the future, Chen Tao said that it is necessary to improve the scientificity of power planning and enhance the coordination of power grid planning and power supply planning. Scientifically arrange the transmission direction, promote cross-regional electric energy and renewable energy consumption, and achieve a more optimal allocation of resources. In guiding the integration of energy advantages and industrial advantages in Northwest China and other regions, and making every effort to achieve local consumption and balance of power, we will focus on strengthening trans-regional transmission capacity building from northwest to northeast to North China, Central China, East China, North China and Central China to East China. Accelerate the promotion of the interconnection of power grids in Fujian and Guangdong provinces, improve the safety and reliability of emergency disasters in East China and South China Power Grids, promote the adjustment of power shortages across provinces and across provinces, and strengthen the allocation and construction of power grids, so that electricity can be sent out. Received in order to avoid the idleness and waste of trans-regional transmission capacity.

Hotel Humidifier

Hotel Humidifier brings the feeling of fresh spring air to your hotel room, especially in winter.

Hotel guests expect that temperature and humidity in their hotel room, in the swimming pool area and the spa to be at a healthy and comfortable level. The right level of relative humidity during the heating season improves the well-being of your guests. A relative humidity between 40 and 60% RH means a comfortable indoor climate.

During the winter heating season, the relative humidity is often below 30%. Low humidity levels affect the well-being and health of your guests. Without humidification, susceptibility to illness and disease is substantially increased.

The reason: aerosols containing viruses remain airborne longer when humidity is low, significantly increasing the risk of transmission, and a dry nose, throat and skin mean the body`s natural resistance is reduced.

DITUO Oil Humidifier are commonly used to increase indoor humidity, or the level of moisture in the air. Primarily used in the winter months, due to indoor heating systems and cold temperatures lead to low humidity levels. The use of a Room Humidifier in these drier months can have numerous health benefits. DITUO Whole House Humidifier help in reducing dry skin and chapped / dry lips during the winter months.
