I have the privilege of being a designer, an organizer and a constructor in the construction of Suzhou urban landscape lighting project. I have summarized the work practices for several years. The author believes that in the landscape lighting design, the following aspects should be carefully handled.
First, the unity of the whole and the local, local and individual
Every landscape lighting project in the city is part of the overall lighting of the city. It must reflect the characteristics of the local area and meet the requirements of the overall urban lighting plan. In the local area, the illumination of each building (construction) object or node must also be consistent with the style and form of the landscape lighting in the area while showing its own characteristics. Therefore, in the landscape lighting design process, the positioning and style of the landscape lighting project should be determined from different spatial scale models. Considering the impact of the surrounding environment on the project, it should also consider the surrounding environment and the overall night landscape of the city after the project is completed. The impact of the current construction needs, but also a certain forward-looking, to meet the needs of future sustainable development.
Second, the unity of art and technology
Landscape lighting should consider the effect of lighting at different distances and different angles, and show the individual characteristics of each project at night, and at the same time can not destroy the effect of daytime landscape, in the reliability of installation, the convenience of maintenance and the safety of operation. It should be fully considered. We often see such failures. In the design, the lighting design effect can be achieved by reasonably setting the position of the lamp, selecting the light-cut type lamp, adding the visor and the grille, and avoiding the light pollution and the safety hazard.
Fourth, the unity of technology and economy
In design, the landscape lighting project should adopt the technology, materials and products that meet the requirements of green lighting to the greatest extent, and use LED lamps, T5 tubes, solar lamps, energy-saving lamps, ceramic metal halide lamps, etc. for long life, high energy efficiency and stability.
