SF officially launches "Fengmi Face Sheet": Receiver information is not displayed

On May 17 this year, SF Express officially launched its pilot program called "Feng Min Plane." Today, the company took another step forward by officially launching the "Fengmi Dian Dan" service. This new feature is designed to protect customer privacy by ensuring that personal information such as names, phone numbers, and addresses are fully concealed or encrypted on delivery labels. The "Fengmi Dian Dan" system allows for complete encryption of sensitive details, preventing personal data from being exposed alongside the package. Not only does it hide critical information like the recipient's name and phone number, but it also replaces the address with a unique code, offering full protection of user data throughout the delivery process. To make the service more convenient for both senders and recipients, SF Express has introduced a one-touch calling feature through handheld terminals used by agents. Customers will receive a unified 95338 number, which acts as a private line between them and the delivery team. If a customer misses the call or chooses not to answer, the agent can directly contact the dispatcher to follow up, effectively creating a two-way hidden phone number system. Additionally, when the package arrives, customers can use the "electronic signature" function to sign for the delivery directly on the agent’s device, making the entire process more secure and efficient. This initiative marks a significant move toward enhancing customer privacy in the logistics industry, showing how technology can be leveraged to protect personal information while maintaining seamless delivery services.
