SF officially launches "Fengmi Face Sheet": Receiver information is not displayed

On May 17 this year, SF Express officially introduced a new pilot program called "Feng Min Plane." Just yesterday, the company launched its latest initiative, "Fengmi Dian Dan," aimed at enhancing customer privacy and improving the delivery experience. The new feature allows for full encryption or concealment of the recipient's name, phone number, and address on the delivery label. This means that personal information will no longer be exposed alongside the package, offering greater protection against data leaks. According to reports, the "Fengmi Dian Dan" system not only hides sensitive details like names and phone numbers but also replaces the address with a unique code. This ensures that all personal information on the delivery list is fully encrypted, making it much more secure for users. To make the service more convenient for both senders and recipients, SF Express has introduced a one-touch calling feature through handheld terminals used by agents. Customers will receive a unified 95338 number, ensuring a more streamlined communication process. If a customer declines the call or misses it, the agent can directly call back to reach the appropriate dispatcher. This two-way hidden phone number system adds an extra layer of privacy and security. Additionally, when receiving the package, customers can use the "electronic signature" function to sign directly on the terminal, making the entire process faster and more efficient. This innovation marks a significant step forward in how logistics companies handle customer data, showing a growing commitment to privacy and user experience. As more people rely on online shopping, such measures are becoming increasingly essential to maintain trust and confidence in the delivery process.
