Last year, the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance developed the Technical Specification for LED Road Lighting Products for the Pilot Demonstration Project of Semiconductor Lighting in order to guide the rapid development of China's semiconductor lighting industry. Article 5.1.3 of the specification states: "The lumen maintenance rate requires that the lumen maintenance rate of LED lighting products for 3000 hours should be no less than 96%." That is to say, 3000 hours of light decay cannot exceed 4% to ensure lighting products. Life expectancy and maintain the stability of product quality.
The research and development personnel of Beijing Green Times Company adopted new materials and a number of independent patent technologies, and successfully solved the heat dissipation problem of the key technologies of LED lighting in the system control of the technology chain. After the National Light Power Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the 120W street lamp commonly used in the road lighting of the national pilot project was tested for 3,000 hours. The test results were: total luminous flux of 8093.7 LM for the first 1000 hours and total light flux of 8323 LM for 3000 hours.
The test results not only show that the standards set by the Code are fully achievable, but also a technical miracle of 3000 hours of zero light decay is possible.
