3, ★ Bidder qualification requirements:
3.1 The bidder must be a domestic independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and having a business scope that is compatible with the project and has legal business qualifications.
3.2 The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than RMB 1.5 million.
3.3 The bidder must have a second or higher qualification certificate for the electronic engineering professional contractor issued by the relevant state department;
3.4 The bidder must have the first-class qualification for design, design and maintenance of the safety technology prevention system;
3.5 The bidder must have a safety production license issued by the provincial building owner management department;
3.6 Bidders must have the qualification of computer information system integration level or above issued by the Ministry of Information Industry.
3.7 Bidders must obtain ISO9001 quality certification.
3.8 The supplier has a direct after-sales service organization in the Guangzhou area, which can provide direct on-site technical support and on-site installation services.
3.9 Bidders have experience in video surveillance system projects (single contract amount of not less than 500,000 yuan) since 2003, subject to the copy of the contract (points including contract time, project name, amount and equipment list, stamped by both parties) (original for future reference).
3.10 The bidder shall provide the video surveillance system equipment manufacturer's agent or distribution certificate for the product, and the acceptance bidder shall request the supplier's supply documents.
3.11 There have been no major disciplinary records in the various bidding processes in the past three years.
3.12 This project does not accept consortium bids.
