8. Performance bond: The winning bidder shall pay a deposit of 10% of the winning bid amount. If the bid is not delivered on time, the deposit will not be refunded.
IX. Payment of goods: After the installation and commissioning experience is accepted, 70% of the payment will be made within two weeks, and the remaining 30% will be paid as the quality guarantee within 1 year. When the first payment is made, the procurement center will charge the purchase price of 8ä¸ of the total bid price. .
X. Legal Responsibility: According to the provisions of Article 77 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement and related regulations
XI. Bidder qualification:
1. A company with the qualification of a domestic legal person to operate the goods purchased in this tender.
2. Other requirements for bidder qualification: The original and copy of the business license are stamped with official seal; the original and copy of the tax registration certificate are stamped with official seal.
12. Deadline and place for submitting bid documents: The bid documents must be submitted in sealed form at the Jixian County Government Procurement Center before 3 pm on March 10, 2009, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
