2. Project overview and bidding scope
Hainan Provincial Culture and Art Center is located at No. 68, Guoxing Avenue, Haikou City. The bidding project is one of the professional equipment system projects of the center theater. The planned investment is about 8 million yuan. The scope of bidding: the overall configuration and deepening design of the stage lighting system; equipment and Material procurement, manufacturing, transportation and storage; engineering construction, acceptance, commissioning, personnel training and warranty services.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
1. A legal person with a professional lighting engineering comprehensive technical ability level certificate issued by the China Performing Arts Equipment Technology Association.
2. In the last three years (since January 2006), there have been no cases of fraudulent bidding or serious breach of contract or major engineering quality problems.
3. This tender does not accept joint bidding.
4. Registration and acquisition of bidding documents
4.1 Anyone who intends to participate in the bidding shall be from March 10, 2009 to March 16, 2009 (excluding the statutory public holidays), daily from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, and from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm At 30 o'clock (Beijing time, the same below), register and purchase the bidding documents at the 23rd floor of the second floor of the Government Affairs Service Center of Hainan Provincial People's Government, No. 9 Guoxing Avenue, Haikou City. When you register, please bring your business license, qualification certificate, legal representative's power of attorney, and trustee's ID card. 4.2 The price of each set of bidding documents is 1,000 yuan, and will not be refunded after sale.
5. Submission of bid documents
5.1 Deadline for submission of bid documents (bid deadline, the same below) is 8:30 on March 30, 2009. The location is on the third floor of Hainan Provincial People's Government Administrative Service Center, No. 9 Guoxing Avenue, Haikou City.
5.2 The tender documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place will not be accepted by the tenderee.
