Design of gallstone mixed frequency-divided power amplifier

The electronic tube is used for pre-amplification, and the high-fidelity power amplifier made of high-quality discrete components or high-quality power amplifier integrated circuits is a fever channel for audio enthusiasts. The preamplifier stage circuit is used as 6μ3 bipolar transistor 6N3 [G1], which is connected to the SRPP circuit form. It has good frequency response, low distortion and low output impedance. The cathode of G1 is not connected with a bypass capacitor, mainly to increase AC negative feedback. The audio signal is coupled to the gate of G1 through C1, output from the cathode of G1 after the SRPP circuit, and to the electronic frequency division network after R4 and C4. One way through C5, C6, R6, R7 to form a high-pass network; the other way through C7, C8, R9 ~ R11 to form a low-pass network. G2 is the low-frequency amplifying μ-triode 6N1, which is connected to two cathode output devices, with strong load capacity, and sends the high and low frequency division signals to the same-phase output eight end of the power amplification integrated block of the subsequent stage. In the high and low networks, R6 and C7 are respectively connected to the cathode of G2, and positive feedback is used to increase the signal voltage of the frequency division point.

Second, the post-stage power amplifier

AN7580DJ is a class A and B audio power amplifier integrated block in a 25-pin package. It has a built-in four-channel BTL power amplifier, which has a complete protection circuit and excellent dynamic characteristics. When the power supply voltage is 25v and the load is 4Ω, the output power of each channel is 45w. Because of its internal FET complementary circuit, the sound is warm and full of charm.

3. Power

The power transformer is 300W. The secondary high-voltage winding is wound 360 turns with Φ0.31mm enameled wire. After 200V voltage is rectified by QL1 full-bridge rectification and electrolytic filtering, a 250V DC voltage is generated and supplied to the anode of G1 and G2. The filament winding is double-wired with Φ0.7mm enameled wire. Around 11 turns, the head and tail are connected as a center tap. Directly supply the AC filament voltage of the electron tube. This machine adopts SRPP circuit and cathode output bootstrap frequency dividing circuit. The cathode has a higher voltage. In order to protect the bile duct and prevent the breakdown between the cathode and the filament, a 100k resistor is used for grounding.

In order to provide ample power for AN7580DJ, Φ1.45mm enameled wire is used and wound around 32 turns, with 15A bridge reactor rectification and high-quality capacitor filtering to produce a stable 25V DC power supply for power amplifier integrated circuits.
