The maintenance personnel connected the fault diagnosis tool VAG1552 to detect the brake system of the vehicle and found the fault code of "00526027 - Unreliable signal of brake light switch". Use the fault diagnosis instrument to enter the change of the observation data of group 005 in the data stream (08). When the brake pedal is lightly pressed with the foot so that the brake light is just lit, the device displays the brake pressure of 1.4 MPa. This data is far away. It is far beyond the technical parameters (0.2MPa or less) required by the maintenance manual. Based on this diagnosis, the maintenance personnel removed the brake light switch again and reinstalled it according to the installation specifications (attached). Pre-installation
