Test principle of three-phase transformer or three-phase voltage transformer of transformer integrated test bench: The 16-bit high-precision high-speed A/D converter inside the instrument measures the output of the high-voltage side and the input voltage of the low-voltage side, and calculates the ratio of the ratio through the high-performance single-chip microcomputer. After the user inputs the ratio according to the transformer nameplate, the instrument automatically calculates and displays the ratio error value.

Single-phase transformer or transformer measurement methods, calculation and processing are the same as three-phase measurements. When measuring three-phase transformers, the phase difference of the line voltage of the high and low voltage coils is different due to the different coil connection modes of the transformer. It can be in phase or reverse phase, or it can be different from one angle. The instrument also measures the high voltage while measuring the transformation ratio. The phase difference between the side and the low voltage side, and then determine the transformer connection group of 1~12 according to the phase difference. When measuring single-phase transformer or transformer, the instrument is based on the phase of the high-voltage side. When the display value is “+”, the low-voltage side and the high-voltage side are displayed in phase. When the display value is “-”, the low-voltage side and the high-voltage side are indicated. Inverted, if "!" is displayed, it means that it is not in phase or in phase.

Peel able masks are used in order to protect selected solder holes against plugging during mass soldering or to protect carbon elements and gold plated contacts during mass soldering. Peel able masks are screen printed.


Requirements

• The peelable mask must adhere sufficiently well to the PCB so that it does not peel off when handled correctly.
• It must be able to endure a two to three time soldering process without peeling off, but must remain detachable.
•After soldering of the PCB, the peelable mask must be able to be detached – preferably in one piece. In case of metallized holes, no mask
residue must be left in the drill holes or on the surface of the PCB. In the case of non-metallized drill holes, however a certain amount of residue
can remain.
• The peelable mask must be able to resist conventional solvents such as chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbons, isopropanol, conventional
fluxes and similar.
• Particular requirements: The roughness U of the edge of the mask can be 0,5 mm from the tip to the base (left figure
below).
