Second, the TPC11CA to TPC36CA Surface Mount PAR Transient Voltage Suppressor is the first AEC-Q101 compliant bidirectional TVS in a small SMPC package, delivering 1500W peak power dissipation in a 1.1mm form factor. Lastly, the TNPV thin film chip resistors operate at up to 1000V, replacing larger resistors and multiple components, thus optimizing board space in high-voltage circuits.
