The construction funds are self-funded by the Foshan Power Supply Bureau, and the tender is conducted directly by the same entity. **Project Overview and Scope**
**Location:** Foshan City
**Project Scale:** This tender includes two main components: property management services and greening maintenance services. The estimated cost for property management services for the 2018–2019 period is approximately RMB 2.2172 million, while the estimated cost for greening maintenance is around RMB 144,500. Final figures will be based on the budget issued by Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd.
**Service Period:** The service duration is set for two years, starting from the effective date of the contract until December 31, 2019. The exact timeline will be defined in the signed agreement between both parties.
**Scope of Bidding:**
1. During the service period, property management services will be provided to the Liantang Training Base. The training base consists of a real playground covering 11,500 square meters and office space of 1,331 square meters.
2. Greening maintenance services will also be offered during the same period. The total building area is 1,331 square meters, with an outdoor green area of 8,200 square meters.
**Requirements for Bidders**
1. Must have independent legal status and hold a valid business license.
2. Must possess property service qualifications of Level 3 or above, with valid certificates.
3. Business licenses must include landscaping or greening-related services.
4. Must hold a qualification of Grade 5 or higher for the "Installation (Repair, Trial) Electric Power Facilities Permit."
5. Must demonstrate good financial health over the past three years, with no record of business suspension, asset seizure, freezing, or bankruptcy.
6. Units with the same person in charge or those with controlling or managing relationships are not allowed to bid for the same project simultaneously.
7. All bidders must register on the China Southern Power Grid's Sunshine E-Commerce Platform.
8. Any bidder involved in illegal activities within the China Southern Power Grid system will be disqualified for a specified period.
9. There are no local restrictions on bidders from the government or the power grid companies.
10. Bids from the Commonwealth are not accepted.
