2. Project Overview

The spare parts (re-) bidding for spare parts such as hydraulic tubing and semi-shaft oil seals of Baogang Barun Co., Ltd. are detailed in the appendix. The standard package is divided as follows:

1 Hydraulic oil pipe, filter element and other spare parts

2 Axle shaft seals, doors and other spare parts

3. Bidder qualification requirements: Bidders who have not registered members on China Merchants Information Network http://

3.1 It must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

3.2 Qualified as a general taxpayer.

3.3 Baosteel qualified suppliers.

3.4 Obtain the corresponding product, industry, service certification and qualification of this project, and have similar three-year and above delivery performance with this project.

3.5 The company has a good reputation and has the ability to perform contracts. In the past three years, there has been no fraudulent bid or serious breach of contract.

3.6 In the past, the supply equipment and spare parts for Baotou Steel had no demerits and were withdrawn after the bid opening did not occur.

3.7 Consortium bids are not accepted.
