Ganzhao Optoelectronics plans to invest 60 million yuan to set up LED subsidiary

On November 7, 2013, Ganzhao Optoelectronics held the eleventh meeting of the second board of directors. The meeting reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Establishing Subsidiaries for Foreign Investment”. The company intends to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Xiamen with its own capital with a registered capital of not more than 60 million yuan. The company owns 100% of its equity.

1. Company name: Xiamen Dry Photo Packaging Application Co., Ltd. (finally subject to the name of industrial and commercial registration);

3. Nature of the company: one-person limited liability company (legal-owned);

4. Investment method and shareholding ratio: The company will not invest more than RMB 60 million in cash, accounting for 100% of its registered capital;

5, business scope: engaged in electronic industry technology research and consulting services, optoelectronic devices (LED lighting) packaging and application products production, sales and related services, optoelectronic devices (LED lighting) application products system engineering installation, commissioning and maintenance (the above The scope of business involves licensing operations with licenses, which are subject to the business scope approved by the industrial and commercial administration.)
