Dead LED Lights: Different Ideas and Possible Causes

When dealing with dead LED lights, there are several possible factors that could be causing the issue. First, if the broken line is at point D, it’s often a good idea to directly test the tension and thrust of the wire arc during production. If these conditions are met, it may not be an issue with the wire bonding itself. Second, the expansion coefficient and internal stress of the silicone gel can also play a role. You can try testing this yourself to see if it's contributing to the problem. Third, the airtightness of the bracket is extremely important. After we tested the red ink on the 5730 LED beads, we noticed that the ink penetrated directly from the bottom of the bracket into its interior, rather than through the joint between the silicone and PPA material. In such cases, point D is likely broken. This is usually caused by the bracket itself, especially due to stamping issues. If the bracket isn't airtight, it might loosen under certain conditions, like during bending tests. After baking, the silicone tends to stick tightly to the entire bracket. However, when you bend the light bar, the bracket might slightly deform or loosen, causing the silicone to peel off. At that point, it's almost certainly an issue with the positive or negative electrode at point D. These are just my personal thoughts and should be used as a reference only.
